WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
All orders are shipped with tracking number through local carrier. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders of 100€ or over.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Scribbs products are made-to-order and so we need approximately 2-7 business days to process your order.

After the order is submitted to carrier the estimated delivery times (in business days) for different shipping regions are as follows:

Africa: 4 - 8 
Australia & New Zealand: 2 - 14
Canada: 3 - 4
Central  & South America: 8 - 14
China: 8 - 12
Europe: 3 -  8
Japan: 4 - 8 
Oceania: 6 - 10
Russia: 7 - 12 
USA: 3 - 4  
Rest of the world: 6 - 11

Please note that the delivery time depends also on from which of our warehouse centers the product were shipped. We always try to ship from warehouse closest to your delivery address however this is affected by product availability.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However due to COVID-19 there are some countries we are unable to ship to right now.

I RECEIVED TWO DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS FOR MY ORDER /
ONLY ONE PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHY IS IT SO?

Scribbs products are produced in two warehouses. If you purchase several products in same order, it may happen that one or more of your chosen products were produced in one warehouse and the other in other warehouse.  So they will be also shipped separately. Consequently you will receive two different tracking numbers and also your order will come in two separate packages. In summary you do not have to worry - all your products will arrive to you.  


WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER? 

You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes due at the point of, or after, delivery.

Please be aware that Scribbs does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We also we cannot tell you what the cost will be as these charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.


COVID - 19 - HOW DOES IT AFFECT SCRIBBS OPERATION ?

Scribbs works closely with its production partners to print and ship your orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.

We are still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. However it is true that production and shipping will take longer but surely your order will reach you. 

Sadly we are not able to ship to the following countries (last update August 13, 2020): American Samoa, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bermuda, Bolivia, Botswana, Brunei, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Chad, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dominica, Dem. Rep. Of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Jordan, Kiribati, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi,  Mauritania, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Rep. Of Congo, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sudan,  Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

We accept credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Also we accept payments through PayPal and Apple Pay.

ORDERS 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We only accept orders placed over the website www.scribbs.co. No orders are accepted over email, phone or post.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, there is no need to open an account on our store to be able to place the order. However if you wish to receive our newsletter, or use option of wish list feel free to subscribe.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled because all the products are made-to-order. Therefore the best solution would be to wait for your order to arrive. If you are not satisfied with your product there is option of return (please see our return and refund policy).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order through tracking number provided to you once the order is shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

CAN I RETURN PRODUCT I ALREADY RECEIVED?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@scribbs.co . If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

HOW CAN I GET REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
